I live in the Beaties Ford neighborhood of Charlotte. It’s not a bad neighborhood. There’s never very much crime or anything going on, but it’s mainly lower-income minorities who live here, most black and latin@.

I’m reblogging this because its about the least humane response to someone being shot in the head I’ve ever seen. Oh, you live in a “bad neighborhood” because I say so and that absolves policemen from applying due process or anything approaching normal standards of decency. Apparently being from “bad neighborhoods” means being shot in the head by cops is business as usual. I cannot believe people.
